会计与企业管制局（英语：Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, ACRA；马来语：Penguasa Pengawalan Perakaunan dan Korporat；泰米尔语：கணக்கியல், நிறுவன ஒழுங்குமுறை ஆணையம்），是新加坡财政部辖下的法定机构，亦是新加坡商业实体、公共会计师和公司服务提供商的国家监管机构，2004年4月1日成立。现任执行长是邓慧敏。[3]
