职业生涯

[编辑]2018年大联盟选秀，光芒在第七轮第210顺位选进莱恩。[1][2]该年他在小联盟拿下2胜1败，防御率3.72。
2019年，他在小联盟合计拿下9胜4败，防御率1.96。[3][4][5]2021年，他从3A开季，并投出4胜3败，防御率3.63。[6]
明尼苏达双城
[编辑]2021年7月22日，光芒将莱恩和Drew Strotman交易到双城，换来尼尔森·克鲁斯和Calvin Faucher，当时莱恩甚至还在打东京奥运。[7]9月1日，莱恩登上大联盟。[8]他主投5局失3分。
2022年，莱恩成为球队开幕战先发。[9]尽管他因伤缺席一个月，他仍旧是队上的胜投王和三振王。该年他拿下13胜。2023年，莱恩投出生涯新高的单季197次三振，但挨了32轰也是生涯最惨。
2024年，莱恩拿下7胜7败，防御率3.60的成绩后，在8月9日因为右肩不适进入伤兵名单。[10]最后他剩余球季报销。[11]
