噪犀鸟属（学名：Bycanistes）是犀鸟目犀鸟科下的一个属。[2]本属物种皆为分布于非洲的黑白色调犀鸟，目前下属6个物种。[2][3]
分类历史
[编辑]本属为德国动物学家吉恩·路易斯·卡巴尼斯及费迪南德·海涅于1860年建立。[4]其模式种根据当时单型即为噪犀鸟。[1]其属名Bycanistes来自古希腊语的βυκανιστης（罗马化：bukanistēs，指“小号手”）。[5][6]
本属曾为盔噪犀鸟属的亚属之一，但现已被分拆为两属。[3][7]而其中褐颊噪犀鸟、白腿噪犀鸟、黑白噪犀鸟、银颊噪犀鸟四个物种则被建议作为一个亚属Baryrhynchodes处理，是近期才分化的物种。[7]
