替马西泮（INN：Temazepam）用于治疗失眠的口服药物[9]。建议短期使用，通常应低于 10 天[9]。药效通常在一小时内开始，并可持续八个小时[7]。
常见的副作用包括嗜睡、焦虑、思维混乱和头晕[9]。严重副作用包括可能出现幻觉，滥用，过敏反应和自杀[9]。一般不建议与类阿片药物并用[9]。若剂量迅速减少，可能会出现戒断症状[9]。不建议在怀孕或母乳哺育期使用[10]。替马西泮是一种中效的苯二氮䓬类和安眠药[9] [7]。透过影响大脑内的Γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）来产生作用[9]。
替马西泮于1962年获得专利，于1969年用于医疗上[11]。它已有学名药流通于市 (已有非专利药物提供)。[12]在2021年，它是美国第208个最常用的处方药，处方量超过2百万张处方。[13][14]
