托马斯·埃米特·海登（英语：Thomas Emmet Hayden，1939年12月11日—2016年10月23日），昵称汤姆·海登（英语：Tom Hayden），生于美国密歇根州底特律，著名社会运动家与政治人物。在1960年代，积极参与动物权运动、反越战运动以及公民权运动。他曾与女星简·方达结婚，为演员特罗伊·格雷提的父亲。

生平

汤姆·海登的父母都是爱尔兰移民的后代。1956年，汤姆·海登进入密歇根大学，并成为校园报纸密歇根日报的编辑。他也是学生争取民主社会这个学生社团的主要发起者之一。1961年，他与凯西·卡森（Casey Cason）结婚，她是一位人权运动者，在学生非暴力协调委员会中工作。

1962年，汤姆·海登起草了休伦港宣言，被认为是当代学生运动重要的政治宣言之一。因为这份宣言，让参与民主制成为学生运动的主要诉求，也造成新左派的兴起。汤姆·海登在此时也参与了反越战运动。

1976年，汤姆·海登参与加州参议员初选，以极小差距落败。他与珍芳达发起了经济民主阵营（Campaign for Economic Democracy）。

1982年至1992年间，汤姆·海登成为加州州众议员。1992年至2000年间，担任加州州参议员。2001年，他选举失利。

2016年10月23日过世，享年76。
