《小丑回魂：欢迎来到德利镇》（英语：It: Welcome to Derry，新加坡、台湾译《它：欢迎来到德利镇》）是一部2025年播映的美国超自然恐怖电视剧，改编自斯蒂芬·金1986年的小说《小丑回魂》，并作为2017年电影《小丑回魂》与2019年续集《小丑回魂2》的前传。本剧由安德斯·穆斯切蒂、芭芭拉·马希提（英语：Barbara_Muschietti）与杰森·福克斯（英语：Jason Fuchs）共同开发，三人皆曾参与《小丑回魂》系列电影的制作。主要演员包括约翰·艾德坡、克里斯·乔克（英语：Chris_Chalk）、泰勒·佩姬（英语：Taylour_Paige）、詹姆斯·雷玛与史蒂芬·瑞德（英语：Stephen_Rider），此外，比尔·斯卡斯加德将回归饰演电影中的牠／跳舞小丑潘尼怀斯（英语：It (character)）一角。

2022年3月，《综艺》杂志报导指出安德斯·穆斯切蒂、芭芭拉·马希提与杰森·福克斯正在为HBO Max开发并担任执行制作一部以2017年电影《小丑回魂》为前传的电视剧，剧名为《欢迎来到德利镇》（Welcome to Derry）。该剧设定于1960年代，时间上早于电影情节，并将探讨小丑潘尼怀斯的起源故事。[4][5]

本剧于2022年11月获得制作承诺，福克斯与布拉德·凯恩（英语：Brad Kane）被聘为联合节目统筹。[6]2023年2月，该剧正式获准拍摄，并报导指出安德斯·穆斯切蒂将执导多集，包括首集，剧本由福克斯撰写。[7]
