蔡孙美华
蔡孙美华（英语：Grace Choy，1967年12月29日—）为香港厨师，也是蔡菜馆的主厨及创办人。[1]
蔡孙美华常以客座主厨的身份出现在各种平台上，包括政府活动[2]、慈善活动[3]和五星级饭店。[4][5][6]她也为《中国日报》、《日本时报》和《东洋经济》等刊物分享烹饪视频及撰写饮食文章。[7][8]
蔡菜馆
[编辑]蔡孙美华于2011年在香港成立了她的私房菜餐厅ChoyChoy Kitchen（蔡菜馆），其曾被CNN及南华早报评为香港十大及五大私房菜馆[9][10]。2019年搬迁至东京的西麻布，目前位于东京目黑区的青叶台。蔡菜馆只提供四个座位。
