肖恩·帕特里克·海斯（英语：Sean Patrick Hayes，1970年6月26日—）是一名美国演员，曾凭在《威尔与格蕾丝》中的演出四次入围艾美奖喜剧类电视剧最佳男配角，更于2000年赢得该奖项。
肖恩出生于芝加哥，亦在当地戏院接受戏剧学习，然后于1995年搬到洛杉矶，同时开始了单口相声（栋笃笑）（stand-up comedian）的职业。他的第一次登台亮相，在独立制片Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss（1996年）的演出使得他得到了大家的注意。这部电影在圣丹斯电影节中获得成功。
1998年，他开始在NBC的电视剧《威尔与格蕾丝》中演出，扮演一个失业的同性恋演员Jack McFarland。这套电视剧获得了巨大的成功，并让他获4次提名艾美奖。他于2000年获得艾美奖喜剧系列最佳男配角的殊荣。

私人生活
