肖恩·派屈克·海斯（英語：Sean Patrick Hayes，1970年6月26日—）是一名美國演員，曾憑在《威爾與格蕾絲》中的演出四次入圍艾美獎喜劇類電視劇最佳男配角，更於2000年贏得該獎項。
肖恩出生於芝加哥，亦在當地戲院接受戲劇學習，然後於1995年搬到洛杉磯，同時開始了單人相聲（stand-up comedian）的職業。他的第一次登臺亮相，在獨立製片Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss（1996年）的演出使得他得到了大家的注意。這部電影在日舞影展中獲得成功。
