西摩·伯恩斯坦（英语：Seymour Bernstein，1927年4月24日—）是美国钢琴家、作曲家和教育者[1]。出生于美国新泽西州纽华克，1945年毕业于当地的Weequahic高中[2][3]。他十五岁开始教钢琴，当时老师克拉拉·胡塞尔——莱谢蒂茨基的学生——安排他指导几位年幼且天赋优异的学生，后来也开始收徒。十七岁时，他赢得Griffith艺术家奖，在当地崭露头角。朝鲜战争期间，他曾赴前线及军事领袖面前演奏，足迹遍及欧美亚。他撰写的《With Your Own Two Hands》和《20 Lessons in Keyboard Choreography》已译为德、日、韩、俄文。
他曾师从亚历山大·布拉伊洛夫斯基、克利福德·柯曾、娜迪亚·布朗热、乔治·埃内斯库等人。1969年，他与芝加哥交响乐团合作[4]，首演维拉·罗伯斯的第2号钢琴协奏曲。他曾获枫丹白露音乐节首奖与雅克·迪朗奖，以及美国国家音乐联合会、比比基金会、玛莎·贝尔德·洛克斐勒基金会及美国国务院的多项奖助。他巡演期间常举办大师班与讲座式音乐会，也带乐谱分送教师与学生。他于1977年停止公开演奏，专注于教学与作曲，但未事先宣布告别演出。
他的作品涵盖从入门教材到专业演奏曲目，并经常与室内乐团合作、担任国际音乐比赛评审。他在纽约设有私人教学工作室，并于纽约大学任兼任副教授[5]。2004年，他获弗吉尼亚州雪兰多大学授予荣誉博士学位。2015年，演员兼导演伊森·霍克为他拍摄纪录片《Seymour: An Introduction》[6][7]。2020年，他为tonebase录制钢琴教学课程，涵盖贝多芬、萧邦、莫札特、舒曼的作品及琶音等技术训练[8]。
