听觉处理障碍（英语: (C)APD, (central) auditory processing disorders）是一种听力正常的中枢神经系统异常所致。CAPD的患者有正常的耳朵结构和功能可以听见别人说的话，但大脑无法处理声音的内容，所以经常无法理解他人的话语[1]。

症状

有听觉处理障碍的患者通常会有以下几种情况 [1][2]：

  • 对话中听不懂他人说话内容，无法理解
  • 说话时比平常更大声
  • 在吵杂的环境听不清楚
  • 需要安静的环境
  • 难以记住单词
  • 难以辨别背景噪音
  • 难以专注导致经常分心，被误解为过动[2]

成因

·后天性

后天性听觉处理障碍可能因为中枢神经系统的任何损伤而引起[3] 。了解更多关于听觉处理障碍的神经学，可参考T. D. Griffiths在2002年的论文[4]

·先天性

有些研究指出，在听觉障碍的病人里，家族有听觉障碍病史的比例盛行。从研究结果可以推测，APD可能与染色体显性遗传有关连[5]。

·发育性

在许多的发育性APD案例中，病因依然不清楚。有这种症状的孩童通常会被误认为失聪，但听力测验却表现正常。
