ISET测试( « 根据上皮肿瘤细胞大小进行分离 » )是一种通过分离血液样本中的循环肿瘤细胞来早期发现癌症的医学测试。该测试采用了由法国国家健康与医学研究院(INSERM)、巴黎笛卡尔大学和巴黎公共医院(AP-HP)开发的流程,旨在分离样本中存在的所有循环癌细胞,并通过细胞病理学方法进行识别。

历史
[编辑]ISET 技术于 2000 年由Patrizia Paterlini-Bréchot教授团队在美国病理学杂志上首次公布。
2005 年至 2008 年,实施 ISET 工艺的设备由 Metagenex 公司分销。 2009 年,Metagenex 将 ISET 工艺的许可证返还给其最初的开发者。 :INSERM(法国国家健康与医学研究院)、巴黎笛卡尔大学和 巴黎公共医院(AP-HP)。随后,Patrizia Paterlini-Bréchot 创立了 Rarecells 公司,该公司于 2010 年获得了开发、生产和分销 ISET 测试的独家许可。
