约瑟夫·霍普曼（德语：Josef Hopmann，1890年12月22日—1975年10月11日）是一名德国天文学家。
他出生于柏林，在波恩和柏林的大学接受教育，1914年成为波恩天文台的助理。1930年，他成为正教授，并被任命为莱比锡天文台和维也纳天文台台长[1]。1918年至1974年间，他发表了近100篇科学论文。1931年至1932年，他和赫里伯特·施奈勒（Heribert Schneller）发现毕宿柱二是个食双星。
