兀蘭北地鐵站（英語：Woodlands North MRT Station，代號TE1）是新加坡地鐵的湯申－東海岸線上的車站，位於新加坡本島兀蘭規劃區。此站替代三巴旺地鐵站為新加坡最北端的地鐵站。

它為兀蘭新鎮的居民與共和理工學院的學生提供地鐵服務。新柔捷運系統落成後，新加坡終站將在此站內或附近建成。

歷史

該車站最初作為湯申線（TSL）22個車站中的一站，於2012年8月29日由新加坡交通部部長呂德耀宣佈建設。[1][2][3]設計和建設兀蘭北站及相關隧道的T202合同於2013年11月授予五洋建設株式會社，合同金額為3.37億新元（折合2019年約3.37億美元）。施工於2014年開始，計劃於2019年完成。[4][5]

車站1號出口

2014年8月15日，陸路交通管理局（LTA）宣布湯申線將與東部地區線合併，形成湯申—東海岸線（TEL）。[6][7]該站作為第一階段（TEL1）建設的一部分，由該站至兀蘭南站之間的三個車站組成。[8][9]

2019年9月19日，時任交通部長許文遠宣布，TEL1將在2020年1月底前開放。[10]陸路交通管理局隨後於12月宣布，TEL1車站將於2020年1月31日正式啟用。[11][12]在正式啟用前，於2020年1月11日舉行了TEL1車站的開放日活動。[11][13]

新柔捷運項目

2011年6月，宣布湯申東海岸線的北端終點將連接一條擬議中的跨境鐵路連接線。[14][15]

2018年1月16日，在第八次新馬領導人峰會期間，馬來西亞和新加坡簽署了該項目的雙邊協議。該協議確定了項目的若干方面，包括維護設施、運營方以及海關設施。[16]

然而，2019年5月21日，由於馬來西亞方面的財政問題，該項目被推遲。[17]

2019年10月31日，馬來西亞同意以更低成本恢復RTS項目，儘管該項目仍暫停至2020年4月30日。[18][19]

受新冠疫情影響，項目暫停期限被進一步延長至2020年7月31日。[20]

該項目於2020年7月30日正式恢復，預計將在2026年底前完工。[21]

新加坡兀蘭北站及相關隧道的建設合同由五洋建設株式會社中標，總額為新幣9.328億元（約合6.86億美元）。該合同還包括新加坡的海關、移民和檢疫（CIQ）大樓的建設。工程預計於2021年第一季度開工，計劃在2026年底前完工。[22][23]

2021年1月22日，新柔捷運項目的新加坡段舉行了動工儀式，正式開工。[24]

2021年1月29日，中國交通建設公司（新加坡分公司）獲得第二份工程合同，負責隧道與高架橋的建設，合同金額為新幣1.8億元（約合1.35億美元）。[25]

2024年5月7日，馬來西亞國王依布拉欣·依斯邁在對新加坡的國事訪問期間，視察了該站建設情況。[26][27]

設計

車站內部設計採用紅白配色，靈感來自新加坡國旗，以迎接來自馬來西亞的訪客。車站月台上方設有鋁製天花板，模仿通勤人潮每日流動的形態。[28] 相較於一般地鐵車站，本站面積更大，是為了因應新加坡與新山高峰時段的跨境通勤需求所設計。[29] 車站設有兩個出入口。[30]

即將興建的新柔捷運車站將位於地下，最深達28米。[31] 車站共設三層，並包括通往海關、移民與檢疫（CIQ）大樓的地下通道。整體建築面積（含CIQ大樓）約為一般地鐵車站的十倍。新柔捷運車站與CIQ大樓位於湯東線車站旁，兩者將透過地下大廳整合連通。[31]

藝術設計

作為公共藝術計畫（英語：Art-in-Transit）的一部分，本站展示了由藝術家王良吟（英語：Amanda Heng）創作的作品《New Departures》。作品結合居民語錄與兀蘭天際線剪影，從個人角度出發探討邊界與疆界的意義。[32] 此作品旨在鼓勵通勤者以勇氣與正面態度面對日常生活，並回應本站作為未來新加坡與新山RTS跨境連結點的角色。[33]
