南佛羅里達大學（University of South Florida，簡稱USF），隸屬於佛羅里達州立大學系統，坐落於美國佛羅里達州坦帕市，是美國大學協會成員。
歷史
[編輯]成立於1956年。南佛羅里達大學2023-2024年擁有註冊學生48,732名。除坦帕外，南佛羅里達大學在佛羅里達州聖彼得斯堡和薩拉索塔設有分校區。南佛羅里達大學被卡內基教學促進基金會歸類為R1研究型大學。
2022年，南佛羅里達大學年度預算為23.1億美元，2018-2019財年產生的經濟影響達37億美元。南佛羅里達大學同時也是美國研究治療阿茲海默病、帕金森氏症、亨丁頓舞蹈症等疾病的頂級研究中心之一。
排名
[編輯]全國U.S. News排名89（2024），世界排名271（2024年）。2018年，知識產權所有人協會根據全球各大學授予的美國專利數量將南佛羅里達大學評為世界第16名，美國大學中排名第七，佛州第一。在由美國國家科學基金會編制的排名中，USF的研究支出排在全美第50名，在佛羅里達州僅次於佛羅里達大學。南佛羅里達大學有20項研究生項目入選2012年《美國新聞與世界報道》評定的美國最好的研究生專業前100名。
