普魯士十字軍東征（德語：Preußenfahrten，英語：Prussian Crusade）是13世紀期間由天主教會領導、以條頓騎士團為主導的一系列十字軍東征行動，旨在強制基督教化信奉異教的古普魯士人。在基督教波蘭諸王子對普魯士人發動數次失敗的遠征之後，條頓騎士團於1230年應邀介入，對古普魯士人、立陶宛人及薩莫吉希亞人展開軍事行動。到13世紀末，騎士團在鎮壓數次普魯士起義後已控制整個普魯士，並通過其修道會國條頓騎士團對被征服的普魯士人進行統治，最終以武力與思想改造相結合的方式徹底消滅了普魯士語、其傳統文化與異教信仰。一些普魯士人逃往鄰近的立陶宛。
