巴斯馬蒂香米（英語：Basmati），也稱印度香米[2]，長米，是一種稻米，以其細膩和極佳的香氣而聞名。[3]主要種植於印度和巴基斯坦。[4][5]巴斯馬蒂來源於梵語，意味甜。
印度農業和加工食品出口發展局規定，若米粒平均長度6.61mm、寬度2mm以上則可被視為巴斯馬蒂香米。[6]
