布桂嗪（英語：Bucinnazine，開發代號：AP-237，化學名：1-丁酰基-4-肉桂酰哌嗪，1-butyryl-4-cinnamylpiperazine）是一種含氮有機化合物，化學式為C₁₇H₂₄N₂O，可作為一種類阿片鎮痛藥，20世紀70年代在日本首次合成^[1]^[2]^[3]，1986年起在中國廣泛用於緩解癌症患者的疼痛^[4]
