喬納森·丹尼爾·漢姆（英語：Jonathan Daniel Hamm，1971年3月10日—），是一位美國男演員，以AMC時代劇《廣告狂人》成名。其他代表作包括電影《竊盜城》，《百萬金臂》、《玩命再劫》，劇集《好預兆》等。

早年

漢姆生於1971年3月10日的密蘇里州聖路易（St. Louis, Missouri）。父親是貨車公司老闆，母親是秘書。[1][2][3][4]他兩歲時父母離異，他隨母親生活。 [2]漢姆十歲時母親因癌症去世，[5]他開始與父親居住。[3]二十歲時，父親病逝。[3]

漢姆在學校時活躍於課外活動，如美式足球、棒球、游泳和戲劇等，[3]約會過將來也一樣成為演員的莎拉·克拉克（Sarah Clarke）。[6]他第一個演出的角色是小熊維尼（Winnie-the-Pooh）。[7]十六歲時，他參與了《福音》（Godspell）的演出，扮演出賣耶穌的猶大（Judas）。[8]雖然他享受這段經歷，不過他當時仍未把演藝看得十分重要。

漢姆認識演員保羅·路德（Paul Rudd）多年，[6][13]並在1992年去過好萊塢探訪他。1995年，漢姆帶著手提電話和150美元，搬往洛杉磯追求演藝事業。[14][6]他住入一間有四位充滿理想的演員的屋子裡，一邊試鏡一邊擔任侍應過活。[3]

他在保羅·路德介紹下與奮進公司簽約，但因外貌成熟，難以參與當時流行的青少年題材劇集。[15][6]三年後，他因缺乏演藝工作，被經紀公司解約。不過漢姆仍未灰心，繼續留在洛杉磯擔任侍應，[3]更短暫做過軟調色情影片的場景設計師。[16]在經歷了多次失敗後，他將三十歲生日設為自己在好萊塢成功的底線，表明：

你只能在「忍耐，找另一個經理人」和「放棄，回家」兩個選擇中抉擇。放棄回家就是最後的終結，我並不希望自己像那些人到中年的演員，總是看不清和抓不住現實，拒絕多去努力，所以我給了自己五年的限期。我對自己說，如果我到三十歲還未成功，那我肯定去錯了地方。而且當我開始這樣想的時候，我的事業就開始走上軌道。[17][3]

儘管漢姆的角色唐·德雷柏需要他在劇中吸菸，但其實他早已在二十四歲時戒了煙。[57][58]他在訪談中表示拍攝時他吸的不是真正的香菸，而是不含任何菸草或尼古丁的草藥香菸（Herbal Cigarettes）。[58][59]另外他亦表示自己患有白癜風（Vitiligo），一種後天、慢性皮膚疾病。[60]

1997年至2015年，漢姆與演員、編劇珍妮佛·威斯法特（Jennifer Westfeldt）交往，[5]共同擁有位處洛杉磯和紐約市上西城的住宅。[5][21]在一次訪談中，漢姆提到他與威斯法特的感情關係，並說到：「我們或許不會有結婚證書，但過了十年，珍妮佛已經超越了一位普通的女朋友。我們知道我們之間的感情很深。對我來說，人們結婚是因為他們想要孩子，而我也不例外」。[61][62]漢姆和他的女朋友曾一起出現於服裝公司Gap的廣告上。[63]在2009年4月，漢姆與威斯法特一起建立了自己的製作公司，Points West Pictures。[64][65]他們亦熱心支持保護動物，並從加州一間動物收容所收養了一條狗。[66]
