金卡簽證
金卡簽證（英語：Gold Card visa）是美國總統川普於2025年2月25日披露的、尚處謀劃中的移民美國政策，該政策通過向非美國人出售價格為500萬美元的金卡以使其獲得在美國的永久居留權[1]，以便藉此獲得美國公民身份[2]。
川普預計該簽證的銷量可達一百萬[3]，並表示以金卡簽證政策取代EB-5簽證[4]。有聲音指出，受《美國1990年移民和國籍法》限制，相關政策的變更需通過美國國會修法[5]，但川普表示金卡不需要國會批准[2]。
川普表示，如有濫用金卡簽證，則將返還購卡資金並將其驅逐出境[6]。2025年3月，美國商務部長霍華德·盧特尼克在訪談中表示，其一天內便售出一千張金卡，並表示世界上有3,700萬人有能力購買這張卡[3][7] [8]。
