第45屆倫敦影評人協會獎（The 45th London Film Critics' Circle Awards）是倫敦影評人協會以茲獎勵2024年電影的獎項。2024年2月中旬至2025年2月中旬間，於英國電影院、串流放映的電影均具角逐資格，並由210名電影部門協會成員參與投票[1]。

2024年12月19日公布入圍名單，並於2025年2月2日在梅菲爾酒店（英语：The May Fair Hotel）舉行頒獎典禮，由影評人馬克·克默德（英语：Mark Kermode）主持[1][2]。西恩·貝克執導的《阿诺拉》與布拉迪·科貝特執導的《粗獷派建築師》均獲7項提名，爱德华·贝尔格執導的《教宗選戰》與柯洛里·法吉特執導的《懼裂》以6項提名居次，賈克·歐迪亞執導的《毒王女人夢》則以5項提名位居第三[1][2]。

最終由《粗獷派建築師》獲得年度電影（英语：London Film Critics' Circle Award for Film of the Year），《教宗選戰》、拉梅爾·羅斯（英语：RaMell Ross）執導的《五分钱男孩》、傑西·艾森柏格執導的《跳痛之旅》則均獲兩獎，並列本屆贏家[3][4][5]。美國演員佐伊·索尔达娜獲得年度女配角（英语：London Film Critics' Circle Award for Supporting Actress of the Year）與創新德瑞克·馬爾坎（英语：Derek Malcolm）獎兩個獎座[3][6][7]。
